Tradewind are recruiting for Teachers in the Walsall/Staffordshire/Lichfield area
- experience of working in a
secondary school:

  • cover supervisor experience ideal but not essential
-
strong behaviour management and classroom management essential:

  • experience with some children who need additional support with overcoming barriers to learning
-
improve behaviour and raise achievement:

  • an understanding of the social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils and be able to establish positive relationships quickly
- have
an established range of strategies for coping with challenging situations:

  • be a good team player who is
    professional and adaptable and can show initiative in tailoring learning to meet individual's needs
- have relevant qualifications
