As a
Streetworks Administrator, you will be working as part of a vital and fantastic team to deliver an excellent customer.

You will be required to communicate with all business partners to keep potential Streetworks liability to a minimum.


What you'll be doing as a Streetworks Administrator

  • Reviewing the permits that are due to expire, keeping in line with all necessary schemes and advising planners of any works that require a replan.
  • Consulting with the reinstatement department / TM departments to prevent equipment left on site longer than necessary.
  • Dealing with any telephone enquiries
  • Providing support to field operatives, assisting in permit changes, and advising where necessary
  • Reviewing and investigating the temp reinstatements and selfdefects, creating work order and plan
  • Planning work for field resources and scheduling work where appropriate
  • Raising and managing the notices/permits and closing permits on completed works, advising of completion.

What you should bring to the role

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to actively manage field teams and be assertive if required.
  • Competent in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office 2010, Insight & GIS
  • An understanding of Traffic Management
