Founded over 10 years ago, this award-winning consultancy have grown organically into a strong team of 20 MEP engineers.
Being a relatively new business, they have managed to curate a culture of flexible working, progression, close-knit teamwork and financialtransparency.

Since being founded they have been completely transparent with the financial aspect of the business, all money left over at the end of the year is split into Christmas bonusesTheir senior engineers are also supplied with a company laptop and mobile phone to accommodate WFH and remote.
They complete projects across a variety of sectors and specialise in educational schemes whilst also getting involved in sustainable aspects too(Passivhaus, Decarbonisation & Building Physics).
Due to continuous success and growth, they are now seeking the services of a Senior Mechanical Engineer.Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to work with and support junior engineers with the production of designs, schematics, reports, and surveys.
Ideally you will have:
- A Mechanical Engineering Degree (HND/HNC) or Building services Related.
- 5+ years' experience working or knowledge of the building services consultancy.
- Experience leading projects as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Have a basic knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Hevacomp (Preferable).
- Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
- Have knowledge of BIM and low carbon design.
- Have the right to work within the UK
- Ability to commute to Bristol
