Location:


  • You will be required to come to the office in Marlow a minimum of twice a week.
As the Junior Sales Ledger Assistant, your main responsibility is for accurate delivery of invoices and credit notes.

You will also be responsible for the production of sales orders through to invoice in the CRM system ensuring any queries are dealt with in a timely manner.


On a day-to-day basis as a Junior Sales Ledger Assistant, this is what you can expect:

  • Raising invoices and credit notes for the varying services that the company delivers
  • Sales order processing through the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Daily review of Sales Ledger mailboxes responding to copy invoice requests etc
  • Work with the team to get queries resolved
  • Accurate and timely completion of sales ledger month end tasks
  • Make recommendations for improvements to processes
  • Cover team when required during holiday/sickness

If you have the following skills, you may be a perfect fit:

  • MS Office knowledge
  • Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
  • Excellent communication skills with work colleagues, visitors, suppliers and clients
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service in both written and verbal communication
  • An organised and methodical approach, good planning/prioritising skills and time management
  • To use initiative and be adaptable to ad hoc requests
