Play a role in define the strategic roadmap for a number of Digital products in a commercial value stream, taking into consideration prioritisation and dependencies

  • Be a champion of customer experience, collaborating with User Experience and your squad to craft user stories
  • Be available to the squad and engaged in progress, adapting to emerging change to overcome obstacles and blockers.
  • Ensure the delivered stories meet the required level of quality and needs of the customer
  • Gather and work with customer research, User Experience and Insight to put customer value at the heart of decision making
  • Attend and contribute to scrum ceremonies to plan, refine and review sprint progress, using feedback to help improve team velocity and quality of outputs via retrospectives
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant areas of the business to ensure adoption and advocacy of the products and features
  • Define measures of success and effectively communicate performance (including risks) to the value stream and sponsors

Experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or Manager within a highly productive and fast paced agile environment, ideally within the B2C space, people from an Ecommerce background would be particularly interesting but not essential at all.
  • Experience developing and iterating commercial digital products to increase lead generation and sales revenue, through positive customer experiences
  • Experience delivering CRM capabilities
  • Experience of working with end customers, ideally with knowledge of Gen Z / Alpha, would be advantageous and if you do have strong experience in this area, please reach out.
  • Experience of working mobilefirst in relation to feature design with demonstrable exposure to UX would be awesome.
  • Experience running AB and MVT tests as part of a CRO programme
  • Excellent communications skills including inspiring trust and influence, communicating information in a clear and commercial manner, adapting style for different audiences and the ability to articulate and rationalise reasoning to the team without impactingmorale
  • Experience of backend systems and their integration with frontend interfaces
  • Management of thirdparty suppliers, agencies and stakeholder
