The Purpose of the Role:
As the Head of International Trade Compliance, you will lead a dedicated team, including an International Product Compliance Manager and an Exports Data Team Manager.
Working closely with our global Distribution Centres and cross-functional teams, your role will be pivotal in setting strategy, driving compliance, and supporting our international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the endtoend Import and Export supply chain, ensuring operations are compliant with international trade regulations.
- Guarantee product availability within fulfillment centress in Ireland, the Netherlands, and across our E-Commerce offerings in the EU, USA, and Australia.
- Lead the International Trade Compliance Team, including direct management of the International Product Compliance Manager and the Exports Data Team Manager.
- Drive process improvements across import and export operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all imports and exports meet relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with thirdparty partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
Location:
Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person:
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a strategic leadership role within global import/export operations.
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proactive and hands on approach
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Effective communication abilities and proficiency in collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
