Channel & Solutions
exists to evolve how we engage with clients across all things digital - whether it be strategy, activation, or consultancy. For us it's about how we leverage and integrate our capabilities, tools and people to drive growth for clients. We understand that setting up and optimising media isn't enough, we need to understand the eco-system that influences true business performance, and the role media plays in influencing that and be able to adapt it to drive stronger business outcomes. As part of Channel & Solutions, there is a collective of Channel management (media activation), Channels Strategy (solutions building) and Channel Development (capability enrichment) that form a network of functions designed to answer the modern day asks of an agency from their clients.


The Role:


The Hub/Digital lead is a senior client and capability focused role across our clients and within the channel and solutions function of Mindshare.

The role will have direct responsibility for evolving our clients growth plans blending a strong background in digital with carefully articulated and considered development plans that evolve client maturity and have direct accountability towards growth objectives.

We operate to the principle that 'performance is everything' and it is the lead role to dissect client goals into both the core capability required be it media, measurement, community or content, as well as the solutions Mindshare have to help support those ambitions from technology, project-based analysis or consulting on how/where organisational change is a solution, the role will be pivotal to thinking laterally to problems.

The person will be able to work horizontally across media channels including the dynamics of digital and offline synergy, and vertically in integrating supporting capabilities from analytics, tech development briefing, consumer and data strategy, and the broadening world of emerging discipline understanding such as commerce and influencer marketing.

The role will work with strategists, activation teams and the broader agency and WPP functions to bring a rounded and integrated view to the world for our clients and working with client leadership to bring plans back into the overarching direction of the business.

The media brief is no more, there is now just the understanding of client goals and how we meet those through the broader ecosystem of platforms and media, and this role is paramount to driving this understanding across teams and clients.


You'll be a senior member of the leadership team and be expected to inspire, guide, and develop digital knowledge across the team so to fully leverage their skills whilst also outlining the foundation of decisioning and strategy for our choices in media.
