Senior Business Analyst - Up to £50,000 - Spalding
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Permanent

Henderson Brown is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and dynamic digital consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst due to substantial growth.

The key objective is to hold a strong Business Analytics background with previous experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.

Main Responsibilities
*Liaising with other the companies IT staff including programmers to produce new systems.
*Reporting, documenting, and communicating your findings across the business functions.
*Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
*Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep colleagues and clients up to date with the project.
*Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
*Focusing on quality improvement and data management.
*Ensuring data is reliable and valid.
*Developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination.
*Integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.
*Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
*Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
*Previous experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent
*Experience working on large scale projects as well as being involved in day-to-day operational requests from the business.
*Understanding of indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data.
*Data analysis - must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel.
