Job Description:
Welder/Fabricator


Salary:
£10-£14hr depending on experience


Job Summary:
Welding Aluminium products manufactured in house and light metal fabrication.

Primary duty:
welding within a production environment to a satisfactory level.

Secondary duty:
Using some basic manufacturing machinery for light fabrication.

Responsibilities:

To work toward meeting production schedules and maintaining a steady flow of products to help a growing business manage work flow within a busy factory setting.


Requirements:


  • Previous Aluminium mig welding experience essential and a weld test will be required.
  • Tig welding (beneficial and pay will reflect) not essential and training will be provided.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Read fabrication drawings (beneficial and pay will reflect) not essential and training will be given.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tipton, DY4 0JL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
