If you have experience of HR, Payroll and / or Workforce Management software solutions and solid project management skills, take a look at this Senior HCM Project Manager / Project Director role.

You will oversee projects being delivered by project managersin your own and partner organisations, to ensure on time, on budget, on quality delivery of HCM solutions implementations.


Salary £60k to £80k base according to experience plus 10% bonus and great benefits including extensive holiday entitlement and frequent Fridays off.


You must have:
- significant experience of project managing software implementations for clients, ideally SaaS
- extensive experience in HCM solutions projects, either HR or Payroll or Workforce Management (WFM) software implemenations
- seniority, credibility, gravitas, able to guide project managers and ensure quality project delivery by others
- exceptional client management and communication skills, to engage with client stakeholders at all levels
- any experience of working with System Integrators (SIs) or other partners in software companies is a plus
- project and communication tools e.g MS Project, Smartsheet is a plus


In this role you will:
- ensure quality delivery of software implementation projects by SI or other partner staff for your company's clients
- audit and quality assure projects at defined checkpoints
- set and manage expectations on scope, delivery and results
- identify issues related to project delivery and step in to address and propose solutions
- have a large amount of engagement with clients and SI stakeholders
