Description
Our client, a well-known manufacturing business is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Petersfield.

Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking to expand their finance function.

As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for preparing accounts and budgets for various teams and business partnering with various stakeholders

This role would suit an accountant who has good stakeholder management experience, as well as management accounting skills.


Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and distribute yearend accounts for different teams within the required timescale.
  • Partnership with operational staff and nonfinance key stakeholders
  • Ensure robust processes and controls are in place.
  • Key contact for the auditors, ensuring audit queries are cleared on time.
  • Prepare robust commentary for the annual reports.
  • Prepare and distribute budgets within the required timescale.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and managers to come up with realistic and reasonable budgets.
  • Prepare robust and clear commentary for the annual reports.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Part qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Ability to understand and analyse data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved or surpassed
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ould be advantageous but not essential
