Where you'll work:

You will become part of the committed team at Fairways Newydd Care Home where we have the capacity to support up to 77 residents, supporting to fulfil their retirements years in a simulating and homely environment.

An exciting opportunity for a care assistant to be part of our care team at Fairways Newydd Care Home situated in the heart of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll has become available.

We pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for older people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

What you'll be doing:

Respecting resident's rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
Completing daily records using electronic care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
