Site Foreperson (Staines Based)

Main Purpose of the Role:


  • Lead site functions according to the agreed program of works, client specifications, and health and safety plans.
  • Facilitate liaisons with residents to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Ensure work is executed in compliance with client specifications and company safety protocols.
  • Attend meetings with residents, conduct satisfaction surveys, and provide management with comprehensive reports.
  • Assist in negotiating claims for loss or damage to residents' property.
  • Address complaints against the company, handling issues such as delays, workmanship, and conduct.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with residents, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Driving is essential for the role, requiring applicants to hold a full manual driving license.

Essential Skills/Knowledge:


  • Background or experience in FRA (Fire doors and fire stopping).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors.
  • Effective time management and workload prioritization skills.
  • Possession of CSCS Card and driving license.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with predecoration repairs.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • First Aid certification (training can be provided).
  • IPAF and PASMA certification.

Package:

£43,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

  • Asbestos Awareness (required)
