Front of House Staff / Barista

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times whilst maintaining a welcoming clean environment
• Product knowledge and confidently promote to enhance sales
• Clean As You Go
• Keep all work areas clean at all times
• Washing up pots, pans + crockery throughout the shift
• Handcraft hot and cold beverages
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety + knowledge of allergens
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by the Shift Leader, Supervisor or Manager
• Assisting in the kitchen when needed
• Interacting with customers and working as a team

Personal Specification:

• Experience working in a cafe/barista environment
• A good level of spoken and written English and you can understand and are happy to follow instructions
• A passion for good food and a flair for cooking
• Ability to multitask and to spot the smaller details
• Good communication skills to provide excellent customer service

Job Types:
Part Time + Weekend Work (2-3 days per week), Full Time (4-5 days per week)

Salary:
£8.00-£11.00 per hour
