Operations Engineer working for one of the UK's fastest growing IT companies, you will be responsible for:
Providing effective technical and operational support to customers. Monitoring backups, network and server infrastructure and reporting on system events, availability, and capacity.

Communicating effectively with the customer and manage technical queries and events in line with standards and customer specific SLA's.

Paying £26,000 to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience with extra earning potential. This is a hybrid working role with most time spent working from home.

Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off rota system (including weekends), between 7am to 7pm (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off).

Any hours worked outside of your core hours will be paid as overtime, based on your normal hourly rate.
