Permanent Accounts Administrator required for Portadown.
Duties will include:
- Preparing sales invoice & despatch paperwork
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Producing customer statements
- Handling customer account enquiries
- Credit Control
- Handling Letters of Credit
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
- 1 years' experience in a finance administrative position
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at grade A-C
- Experience with sales Ledger, Invoicing, Credit Control and Accounts Admin
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Letters of Credit
Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00 pm & Friday
8.30am pm
Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
