Permanent Accounts Administrator required for Portadown.

Duties will include:


  • Preparing sales invoice & despatch paperwork
  • Maintaining the sales ledger
  • Producing customer statements
  • Handling customer account enquiries
  • Credit Control
  • Handling Letters of Credit
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Essential Criteria:


  • 1 years' experience in a finance administrative position
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at grade A-C
  • Experience with sales Ledger, Invoicing, Credit Control and Accounts Admin
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable Criteria:


  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Letters of Credit

Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00 pm & Friday

8.30am pm

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
