Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for Permanent Receptionist / Office Assistant to work with our client based in South London.
SALARY:
- £25,000k - £27,000k**
Monday
- Friday OFFICE BASED
8:00am - 4:30pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and meet any visitors
- Organised Coffee/ Breakfast/Lunch meetings with clients
- Liaising with Venues to organise Seminars/conferences
- Booking couriers
- Assisting with various document formatting and adhoc duties
- Handling administrative work
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Direct and prior experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in using In Design is desirable but not essential
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work quickly
