Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for Permanent Receptionist / Office Assistant to work with our client based in South London.


SALARY:

- £25,000k - £27,000k**
Monday
  • Friday OFFICE BASED

8:00am - 4:30pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet and meet any visitors
  • Organised Coffee/ Breakfast/Lunch meetings with clients
  • Liaising with Venues to organise Seminars/conferences
  • Booking couriers
  • Assisting with various document formatting and adhoc duties
  • Handling administrative work

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:


  • Direct and prior experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in using In Design is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work quickly
