£45,000 to £57,800 (PAYE, on target earnings, including paid overtime) + lodge on top + sign on bonus of £750

Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on a 5 year project in Aylesbury, to operate the following plant:

We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating or supervising the following plant:

Excavator
Dozer
The appropriate competency card, CPCS is preferred but other industry cards will be considered. In the case of supervisors, SSSTS is preferable, but training will be available.
GPS Experience
Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
Have a positive attitude towards safety.
Able to communicate well at all levels.
Have a flexible approach to work.
Be a strong team player.
Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Rates of pay and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC with bonusses commensurate to the scale of the Project.
