My client a major defence brand, is looking for a qualified
IQA to oversee the engineering department at their base in Wiltshire.

Role:

IQA - (You must hold a CAVA /
IQA qualification)

Location:
Wiltshire - Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home)

Salary:
£38,505

The role
As an Internal Quality Assurer, youll oversee the learning delivery and assessment decisions within the training and apprenticeship programmes.

Day to day, you'll understand the Principles and Practices of Internally Assuring the Quality of teaching, learning & assessment.

Internally assure the quality of assessment
To conduct quality assurance activities in line with the
IQA Strategy
Give clear, accurate and timely feedback to Field Apprenticeship Coaches and Apprenticeship Coaches, both verbally and written

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and will be a hybrid role. Working an estimated 3 days per week on site.

The role is adaptable and can be based at various sites around the Wiltshire area, a company car will be provided.
