**Saturday Sales and Letting Negotiator

  • Brixham**We have a unique opportunity to join Bradleys Estate Agents as a Saturday Negotiator. Bradleys are an award winning Independent Estate Agent in the South West with 30 offices, Taunton through to Penzance. An established estate agent for 30 years who work as a family.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Team working
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to priorities
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Key Responsibilities Saturday Negotiator

  • Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
  • Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
  • Negotiate offers that are received.
  • Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
  • Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
  • Generate new business in a target driven environment

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.18-£10.42 per hour
