Lead Football Coach - FP and YDP

We are one of 12 Junior Premier League (JPL) Regional Talent Centres, representing the JPL and upholding their high standards.

Our aim is to help players develop to the highest level they can, effectively bridging the gap between grassroots football and the professional game.

We are looking to recruit passionate, development focused lead coaches to join our outstanding coaching team.

Based in Wolverhampton, we offer a variety of sessions to support player development:

• JPL Squad training
• JPL games programme

- "Technical Tuesdays"

• Goalkeeping
• Futsal (open sessions)
• Futsal games programme
• More sessions coming very soon...

You must be able to plan and deliver high quality, age specific, coaching sessions to help players realise their full potential.

You will be expected to work to a syllabus and be able to take a holistic approach to coaching.


Experience & Qualifications.

• UEFA C/FA Level 2 (minimum).
• UEFA B (desirable).
• Futsal L1/L2/National Futsal Course (desirable).
• Current First Aid & Safeguarding Certifications.
• Current Enhanced DBS Certification.
• 2+ years coaching experience.
