Description

We're looking for Support Workers in Rhyl, as a Support Worker with Allied Healthcare you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide.


You will be supporting people who have a learning and/or a physical disability with their day to day lives; enabling them to maintain their independence through ACTIVE SUPPORT with each individual.

The role may include elements of personal care. Part or full time hours are available and you will be required to work alternate weekends.

A typical day can include support at home, work or accompanying our customers with general activities such as their weekly shop or any chosen leisure activities including swimming / trips to the cinema, theme parks, safari parks or zoos etc.

^In Wales, all social care staff are now required to register with the Social Care Wales (SCW) which incurs an annual fee. You must also work towards achieving a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years as a Social Care worker. Cera fund this qualification.
