Your responsibilities will include:

Iterate and improve performance incrementally with innovative and strategic datadriven test and learn experiments
Accurately segment the database to feed personalised dynamic campaigns
Ensure marketing activity adheres to GDPR principles

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Recent handson experience of working with marketing automation platforms (Pardot in combination with Salesforce desirable)
Adept at devising, planning and executing innovative test and learn experiments (copy, images, layout, structure)
Ability to manipulate and compare data accurately within Excel
Effective collaborator with third parties (internally and externally) to drive improved performance
Ability to prioritise independently and successfully manage workload efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong and open communicator
Strong B2B experience, or demonstrable knowledge of challenges in B2B marketing
