The Engineering Delivery Platform aims to completely transform the way in which JLR operates to deliver our core activity of Product Creation from Idea to End of Life.

We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end to end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions.

By enabling employees with the provision of always live data and dashboards we will allow full focus on true value creation.


To enable JLR to meet our ambitious Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) plans, a Process Deployment Team is being established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation.


The Process Deployment Team (PDT) is the crucial bridge between technical PCD delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Engineering Delivery Platform within the business.

The team combines process, business change and training expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience.

Ultimately the Process Deployment Team is accountable for developing the end-to-end business processes and deploying the EDP programme content across JLR's global footprint.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities


The Business Change Coordinator (BCC) has an overarching responsibility to ensure the delivery of incremental change through deployment and into full adoption by business end users through building strong collaborative relationships ensuring engagement, buy in and ownership into a business as usual state ( BAU ) supporting and working alongside individuals at all levels to address issues and concerns real time as they occur.


Key activities include:

  • Strong relationship building and collaboration to understand business requirements and objectives for deployment and adoption of change.
  • Development of comprehensive change management plan and strategies to support the successful implementation of change.
  • Coordinating and leading the change management activities including training, workshops, 1:1's and user engagement activities linked to trainers as a key stakeholder.
  • Serving as liaison between Product Owners, IT, leadership and end users ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the deployment and adoption process
  • Identifying potential risks and obstacles related to adoption and devising mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of deployment and adoption, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Creating clear concise communication materials, such as user guides, FAQ's and presentations to facilitate user understanding and engagement including building a compelling case for change.
  • Conducting post implementation assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to early adopters, end users and super users addressing their questions, concerns and feedback related to change / deployment.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management and adoption bringing innovative ideas to enhance the deployment and adoption process.
  • Ensure 'Idea to Product' global business processes maintain alignment with the overall Transformation Process Architecture and are compliant with set regulations and standards
  • Develop, create and maintain reporting and management information on the development of global business processes maturity.

WHAT YOU-LL NEED

Essential

  • Ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, Information Technology or related field or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within software tools deployment
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid understanding of software tools implementation and change management principles
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and informative communications material.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyse data and propose solutions
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced dynamic work environment
