Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Agents to work Sunday - Thursday for a niche sector Logistics company based in the Colnbrook area.


Job Description:


  • Working with a busy logistics team
  • Dealing with key clients
  • Following up agents
  • Track and Trace shipments
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Providing quotes
  • Updating Pod's
  • Organising collections

Requirements:


  • Experience in the Logistics, Freight, Courier or Airline industry
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must have a flexible approach and can do attitude.
Working hours are Sunday - Thursday 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Colnbrook, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
