Description

The Group Reporting Manager is a key position within this organisation, taking the lead with processes and finance operations, whilst ensuring full compliance across transactions and controls governance.

Whilst providing key analysis and commentary, this role will be a prominent position across the business with close working with leading senior stakeholders.

- an outstanding communicator with the ability to challenge processes and to drive through change
- has a background in senior stakeholder engagement-ideally within a listed business
- has strong analytical skills
- is a qualified accountant
- has managed a small team

Key duties for this position include
- team management
- overseeing reporting that feeds into business partnering and FP&A colleagues
- ensuring accurate reporting of transactions that feed to management reports
- reporting and controls management governance framework oversight
- liaising with external auditors
