Description
Team Leader - Nights
5 days a week 10pm to 5am, Tuesday to Saturday.
Pay £11.23ph
Temporary Ongoing

Daily Tasking would include:

  • Managing the Warehouse team to deliver packing operation and standards.
  • Managing distribution of Newspapers by selfemployed contractors with the support of Deputy Night Manager and Night Manager.
  • Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers orders are fulfilled.
  • Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Managing the daily work plan.
  • Adherence to stock management systems.

Essential Skills required of Warehouse Team Leader:

  • Good communication, team working and motivational skills (able to lead team huddles).
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
  • Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
