Our client continues to thrive in a sector where they have a large market share.

They are now recruiting for someone to join their Operations team in a role that will suit a Finance Graduate or someone who is AAT qualified and wants to move on to CIMA or ACCA.

Working in a role where you can influence the weekly profitability of the business whilst also working in core areas of finance such as profit and loss and balance sheet review.

Duties will include

Supporting inventory management, advising in improvements where appropriate
Working closely with supply chain stakeholders to reduce wastage and develop process improvement
Producing daily and weekly reports

Assisting with month end reconciliations

Supporting overhead reporting
Working on budgeting and forecast process

This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to get under the skin of the business interacting with stakeholders at varying levels.

If you have some practical experience of finance and are AAT qualified with the desire to go to the next qualification, then this could also be a good fit for you.

Graduates with a relevant degree (2:1 or above) will receive full on-the-job training and bothparties will have access to a fantastic training scheme towards the qualification of their choice.

This will be a primarily site-based role with expensed travel between sites and as such having your own transport is essential.

Interviews will ideally be taking place before Christmas with a start required as soon as possible.
