Accommodation available for live in staff. No experience required as full training will be provided.

As a Head Kitchen Porter your focus will be to work together with the kitchen to provide an outstanding catering experience.

Role of the Head Kitchen Porter:

Make sure that the kitchen porter team conducts their work in a professional and tidy manner.
Monitor performance of the Kitchen Porters and recommend/carry out further training where appropriate
Remove wastage promptly all waste containers are cleaned as per the cleaning schedule
Work with the team to minimise breakages and educate team on handling glasses/crockery with care.

Experience / Skills of the Head Kitchen Porter:

Results focussed individual who operates with an efficient work style, coupled with attention to details and good time management
Flexible, supportive attitude, keen to run multiple tasks and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Working Hours:

Full-time and Part-time positions covering early, late, and mid shifts available over 7-days.
