Hourly Rate
- £13.00 per hour.

We are looking to a recruit a small dynamic team to support an individual in her own home.

This is a new care package, and we are looking to build the right team to support this individual to live life to the full.

If you are a currently working as a Support Worker or PA (personal assistant), and you are looking for a change, this could be the right role for you.

Experience is desirable but not essential


L has cerebral palsy and is an essential wheelchair user, however this does not stop L from being active and getting out and about.

L like to go swimming, bike riding using an adapted bike and is looking for new opportunities to remain active.

L is a very sociable person and likes to visit new places and has a keen interest in Musicals.

L likes to review/blog/vlog about the places she has visited, so if you have knowledge or an interest in this or would be happy to support L to access these experiences then we would be keen to hear from you.


This role will include supporting L with a range of care and support needs, including personal care, moving and handling support, activity and social support.

You will thrive on promoting empowerment and independence. You will enjoy activities such as swimming, bike riding, musicals, and other social events.


We have a variety of shifts at the beginning of the week or the end of the week with a mixture of both early and evening shifts this role is suitable for someone who is looking for a flexible working pattern.

This is an exciting role and a great opportunity to work with an engaging young lady who lives life to the full.

The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
