Workchain are looking to source a Junior Account Manager for our client back in Haverhill, Suffolk.


Responsibilities:


  • You will report to the Client Relationship Manager and Managing Director overall, employed within the
company's Haverhill site facilities.

  • You will have technical skills for the task and equipment specified, strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • You will be a strong team player and motivator to achieve the objectives through colleagues, with ability to work and operate under pressure, to support and achieve all expectations
  • The Account manager will be open minded to improve on their working practices and systems usage and confident growth potential in presentation and approach to tasks.

Working Hours and Pay:


  • 09.00am 17:30pm Can be expected to stay till 6pm dependent on workload
- £ £25000 Annual Salary (Dependant on Experience)

Requirements:


  • Shall have 2 years similar experience; ideally in hire and fulfilling client supply targets and
their expectations.

season workload when all stretched to achieve

  • You shall be selfmotivated with your efficiency continually building as role familiarisation
grows.

  • Interested to learn new skills and product awareness to strengthen understanding and client
liaison; this may include attending training sessions to strengthen role undertakings or
expansion of knowledge

  • Shall have technical awareness of the various industries within which our client hires its
equipment i.e. Events, Site, Theatre and Stage, Emergency, etc.

  • Flexibility of available time to meet the needs of client supply, especially during
peak periods; this at present being primarily seasonal loads.

  • May be required to visit clients and thus some travel may be called upon; this may include
an occasional overnight stay if required.


Role:


  • Able to take the lead and project manage throughout, to ensure that client requirements are fully understood, picked, packaged, delivered and any specific requirements achieved in a timely manner to achieve within target deadlines.
  • You shall be a problem solver when needed to resolve situations and achieve the task; this would include recognising your own weaknesses and calling upon others for the answers from which you take on board and grow your own skills from the experience
  • Receive and handle client enquiries or expectations
  • Arranging and supplying client quotations
  • Ensure documentation is fully completed
  • Ensure product requirements are picked and match client expectations
  • Arrange transport requirements and delivery detail correctly
  • Manage to timescale to ensure flow from start to delivery target is achieved
  • Liaise with client on all matters and satisfaction confirmed
  • Arrange offhire returns in all aspects back to warehouse
  • Deal with any matters that are in error or needs addressing within
the company or with the client

  • Review actions, positively critique actions; improvement suggestions, develop and grow
  • Followup with Clients to ensure all aspects of the hire was satisfactory; with feedback and action, as necessary, for continuous improvement of our performance and mutual benefit.
  • To represent ourselves as its ambassador to clients and interested parties
  • Implement and maintain all Standards required on Product compliance, the Business, Health & Safety and any other legal requirement is applied
  • Liaise with each client in a confidential manner and not divulge company information
outside of the business, in any circumstances.


Skills & Experience:


  • Computer literate, utilising Word, Excel and Control System
  • 2 years with same or similar experience
  • Project management ability
  • Customer liaison skills
  • Calm in manner, sometimes under pressure
  • Motivator to achieve targets and delivery dates
