- Coordinate and manage repair schedules.
- Manage correspondence between the department and external parties
- Ensure necessary documents and records are organised and uptodate
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Handle repairrelated enquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the notforprofit and charities sector
- Contribute to the overall goals of the department and organisation
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Repairs Administrator should have:
- An educational background relevant to secretarial or business support
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customerfocused approach
- A teamoriented mindset
- A strong desire to contribute to the notforprofit and charities sector
