Temp Desk (Hybrid Office/Work from Home model)

Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)


+ Uncapped Bonus

Assessment Centre's for this role will take place at the end of August

Due to expansion, new exclusive contracts won, and an increase in demand in the Social Care market, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our family-run, specialist Social Care recruitment business where you will be a part of the Account Development and Sales team within AJ.

This Recruitment Consultant position is a home-based role so no more daily commute; with weekly and monthly face-to-face team meet ups in and around the Leeds area for both business and social occasions.

You will be working the Temp desk and you will be responsible for the following:


  • Building customer and temp relationships on the phone, via teams and facetoface.
  • Managing rotas and shift requirements from a number of customers.
  • Using technology effectively to enhance productivity and growth.
  • Converting and onboarding new customers and developing customer accounts.
  • Collaborating across multiple departments to ensure we are delivering remarkable customer service.
