    Our client is a market-leading shipping company with global presence and offices worldwide. You will be part of a fast-paced environment providing logistics solutions for top-tier industrial, retail, and FMCG clients.

    Job Description

    You will report directly to the Freight Branch Manager and be responsible for:

    • Managing end-to-end air freight import and export bookings, including pricing, quotations, shipping, and customs documentation.
    • Nominating carriers, airlines, and GSA partners based on rates, efficiency, and customer requirements under various INCOTerms.
    • Preparing additional customs documentation for seamless international freight movement (ISF, COO, clearance documentation).
    • Conducting customer rate analysis and optimizing route guidance while ensuring allocation and operational efficiency.

    The Ideal Candidate

    Successful candidates will have extensive experience in freight forwarding, specifically in air freight coordination. We require:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, preferably in air or sea freight.
    • Experience in pricing, quotation, and planning customer deliveries across multiple modes of transport.
    • Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

    Salary: £35,000-£43,000 per annum
