Description

Our Despatch Team play a crucial role in our company, the team are responsible for picking and packing orders for our national and global customers.

We have an exciting new opportunity within Growth Technology for a Despatch Team Leader. As part of this role you will be responsible for the Despatch Department and the internal functions.

The main duties of your role will be:

Leading and developing the Despatch Team ensuring the right training is provided.
Ensuring orders are despatched on time.
Ensure efficient stock replenishment and rotation
Have efficient communication with other departments

Skills/ experience required:

Experience of managing a team.
Experience of working in a busy warehouse.
Ideally holds a fork lift licence (not essential but preferred).
A selfmotivated and organised individual.
The ability to coach, support and develop a team.
