Company Overview:

The company values are quality craftmanship, attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Our client currently builds approximately 10 houses per year and is looking to scale this up to no more than 60 per year, whilst maintaining company values.

They are looking for an experienced foreman / woman, with a trade background to join their team, initially on a day rate/self employed basis, with a view to going permanent in the future.

You will hit the ground running on an active site, with plenty more projects in the pipeline.

Job Objectives

Visit various sites and supervise labour.
Toolbox talks.
Organise plant and materials.
Complete basic H&S paperwork.
Liaise with client.
Computer literacy not essential but beneficial.
Interact with personnel and push/organise where needed.

Qualifications/Skills

Excellent communication.
SMSTS
Trade background
FLT license preferable
