MSX International is looking for a Franchise Coordinator to join our busy Genesis team in Leatherhead.

The Franchise Coordinator will provide assistance with the implementation of the Network Franchising Plan in line with the UK strategy of Genesis.


The Role


In this exciting role you will be working in the newly formed Genesis Franchising Team to support the start up and implementation of the Genesis Network Franchise Plan (The Plan) transitioning from the current online enquiry system to a physical dealer network.

As part of this role, the Franchise Coordinator will:

  • Implement all strategies and plans in line with legal and brand governance, compliance, and best practice standards.
  • Assist with the appointment of prospective retailer partners in line with the Plan, including the issuing and obtaining of signed franchise agreements.
  • Through ongoing communication build and facilitate meaningful, long term and mutually beneficial business relationships with prospective and newly appointed retailer partners.
  • Complete and document retailer visits, to prospective and newly appointed retailer partners to assess the new network structure and its future development.
  • Identify, engage, manage, and grow relationships with all key stakeholders in prospective and newly appointed retailers, Genesis's internal stakeholders and affiliates, suppliers and partners.
  • Feedback (observing confidentiality and legal requirements) on relevant market and industry intelligence.
  • Provide input into future retailing concepts, requirements, and trends as required.
  • Provide support to and fulfilment of all agreed requests (eg reports; presentations; workflows; measurements etc) in relation to any aspect of the Genesis's retailer representation activities; outputs etc from group colleagues and group affiliates.
  • Meet personal, team and departmental objectives, plans and targets as agreed.
  • Identify and support efficiency improvements within and between Genesis and our retailers.
  • Develop franchised representation standards for Genesis and ensure retailer compliance.
  • Ensure an understanding and use of all relevant direct and partner provided systems relating to Genesis.

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is well structured and has strong organizational skills. Our ideal Franchise Coordinator will have experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and network wide Stakeholders.


As well as:

  • Proven experience in franchising.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and project management.
  • Ability to multitask with flexible attitude.
  • Proven experience in driving productivity and keeping to deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Self-Starter.


  • MS Office experience

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills a must.
