£ £12.94 PAYE / £14.20 Umbrella

Our client, a leading homeless charity that supports clients with complex needs such as substance misuse, family breakdown, mixed mental health and homeless is currently looking for some immediate & long-term cover.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide support across a 63 bed stage 1 homeless hostel
  • Manage a caseload of 8 clients
  • Implement support plans
  • Create risk and needs assessments
  • Multi agency work
  • Provide move on support
  • Tenancy sustainment
  • Health and safety / building management support
- **Enhanced DBS required.
