**Development Details: This role will be based at a luxury residential development located in Birmingham. The development contains 420 residential apartments and benefits from an on-site gym, pool, sauna, steam room, residents lounge and cinema. The development is a short walk from Birmingham's Snow Hill train station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
