About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Team Leader within our London test centres.

As a Team Leader, you will provide much-needed assistance in making us better able to deliver a quality and efficient service.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will supervise and keep abreast of the day-to-day operations within the test point.

You will be required to ensure a smooth operation of various processes and adherence to Trinity's policies, procedures as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain the security and integrity of the tests.


We are looking for team members who will work to ensure the staff are happy and well-supported so the business can run smoothly, and organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly.

The hours for this role are as follows - 8:15am - 6:30pm, 40 hours/week, 5 over 7 days, Monday to Sunday as set by rota.

Please be aware that regular weekend work will be required.


About You


This role requires someone with the ability to portray a professional image at all times even during challenging situations and be able to work under pressure whilst retaining a level of detail and accuracy.

You'll succeed in this role by delivering a first-class service to your team and understand the need to provide an excellent administrative support to the team.


If you are proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have a strong work ethic, this will be the right role for you.
