Maths Teaching Assistant
Are you a graduate with a maths related degree, looking to gain experience in a secondary school maths department?
Could you utilise your degree knowledge and support maths students through KS3 & KS4?

  • Maths Teaching Assistant
** £70 - £80 per day

  • Wolverhampton secondary school
  • Immediate start - July 2023 finish
  • Supporting maths through KS3 & KS4

This Maths Teaching Assistant is perfect for a graduate who is looking to gain experience, prior to starting a PGCE or School Direct Scheme in the near future.

To be considered for this Maths Teaching Assistant role, you will need to have a maths related degree and the enthusiasm to support under-achieving pupils.

In this Maths Teaching Assistant role, you will be responsible for helping raise the attainment levels of under-achieving maths students, providing 1:1 and small group intervention sessions and trying to bridge the gap between them and their peers.

The school is based in Wolverhampton and has a fantastic reputation within the local authority.

It has supported graduates through teacher training previously and has a fantastic support programme to help you kick-start your career in education.

This Maths Teaching Assistant role is to start immediately and will finish in July 2023. It pays £70 to £80 per day and is based at a secondary school in Wolverhampton.
