Stone Fixers / Restorers / Conservators x4 required

Are you a skilled and passionate stone fixer/restorer/ conservator looking to showcase your expertise? Paye Stonework and Restoration Ltd is seeking a dedicated Stone Fixer / Restorer to join our dynamic team of professionals.

We are a renowned leader in the field of historic building preservation and stone restoration.

With a commitment to excellence, we specialise in restoring the grandeur of heritage structures through meticulous craftsmanship and innovative techniques.

We're currently recruiting for highly skilled fixer/restorers/ conservator with a passion for working on historic buildings to join our team of experts.

It is essential that your experience and skills should include the replacement/repair of broken or missing masonry units on listed buildings/facades.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask and have great interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and all levels.

Day to day our Fixer/Restorers are involved in:

• Fixing, carving and banker work
• Indent, plastic, and mortar repairs
• Lime plasters and renders
• Stone and Brick Pointing
• Interior and Exterior Stone Cleaning
• Interior and Exterior Stone Cladding
• Flooring and Structural openings

We need someone who is willing to travel across our London sites, happy to take instruction and pays attention to detail.

You will need to:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience
• Comply with the Quality Assurance procedures
• Maintain Health & Safety standards
• An NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• CSCS & H&S Certification

You must have your own hand tools. Mechanical plant will be provided by PAYE

£40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
