What will you be doing?:

You will be responsible for complex data analysis, sourcing, interpreting and solutioning using existing and new data models
Acting as liaison between analytics teams and business owners to translate trends into actionable outputs using modelling
Providing leading analysis to develop detailed functional requirement, clearly stating project scope and outcomes
Collaborating with advanced analysts within and outside team to help stand up a centre of excellence for data modelling
Developing Natural Language Processing models to understand customer conversations to help provide better service within colleague assisted channels
Building demand models to help understand impact of transformation and assess fit of future strategy to future demand

What we're looking for:

Excellent knowledge of SQL, R / Python, Tableau
Demonstrated knowledge of statistics and advanced analytics through educational qualification or functional experience
Ability to present advanced modelling outputs to senior stakeholders

Skills that will help you in the role:

Experience in one of NLP, Digital Data or Demand Modelling would be preferred
Experience in analytics focused on complex and advanced analysis

Where will you be working?

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.

Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
