We're looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our incredible HQ team here at Grayce, responsible for supporting training and development across our organisation and development programmes.

Our development programmes are market-leading and central to our business propositions and company culture.

Reporting to the L&D Programmes Manager, this role will involve supporting the L&D team to champion a culture of continuous learning, working with our key training partners to deliver our development programmes, coordinating training for our people and continuously improving learning and development experiences for our community.

What will the role look like?
As the L&D Coordinator you will work with and support the L&D team by:

  • Responding to queries received to the L&D helpdesk in a friendly and efficient manner, working with colleagues to action all requests in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinating L&D activity for new starters; assigning courses, arranging training materials and exams in a timely manner.
  • Supporting colleagues in the L&D team with onboarding, ensuring all new starters are effectively welcomed into the organisation and set up for success.
  • Planning and coordinating training across the development programmes, liaising with the internal L&D team, Analysts and Resource Managers and with external training providers.
  • Keeping accurate and efficient records of all training activities, ensuring that all L&D data is recorded in compliance with GDPR legislation.
  • Report key learning metrics on a monthly cycle to support effective decision making in partnership with the management team.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements to reduce time and improve learner and HQ team experience.
  • Liaising with third party training providers, to procure training interventions, licences, exams and manuals.
  • Tracking Learning and Development budget and spend, supporting the L&D Programmes Manager and Finance team to manage the overall budget.
  • Supporting training design and facilitation where appropriate.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on L&D projects to support the development of a learning culture.

  • Ability to successfully manage a number of projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills with an expert knowledge of Excel and power point.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing own workload as well as working collaboratively as part of the wider team
