With over 270 destinations across the globe, our businesses not only bring people together but also support the prosperity of the regions in which we operate.

The safety of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, and every colleague has a unique opportunity to contribute as we help families, businesses and cargo connect around the world.

We are ambitious for our airports, investing in the infrastructure our airports need to grow beyond pre-pandemic levels over the coming years.

We are always on the lookout for new ways we can add value for customers as they travel, as well as seeking opportunities to work smarter and collaborate more.

We're all here on a journey ourselves, striving every day to help make air travel smoother, more seamless, connecting more people and goods with the world.

As a team, we recognise the importance of what we do, supporting one another along the way. Together, we are the Journey Makers.

Leading a team of up to 10 in-house capacity planning technical experts, you will identify opportunities for balancing capacity and demand at each airport taking into account the aviation, commercial and operational strategies and set the framework, strategy and develop the capability for in-house capacity and demand modelling and analysis capability: this includes developing in-house models, people capable of running and developing the models, and a move to rapid analysis of scenarios and opportunities to optimise the design of projects, and operation of the facilities.

You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in aviation capacity and demand planning and have a comprehensive understanding of a range of capacity tools and methodologies, including static modelling and simulation software.
