This role is dedicated to the BEIS contract operating within a National Portfolio of sites.
You will be responsible for providing relevant administrative support to the Technical Services team with a focus on managing compliance.
Key Responsibilities_
- Comply with companywide Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Updating of BEIS TrackRecord system to give an accurate reflection of contract operational compliance
- Identifying areas of focus for operational teams to improve compliance reporting
- Ensure all tasks undertaken are done so in line with the prescribed procedures and without any deviation to minimise any risks to the client
- Ensure that requests are responded to and resolved in the appropriate timescales against SLAs.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_
- Good standard of general education
- English and Maths GCSE A to C grade
- Professional, committed, conscientious, proactive and innovative
- Numerate, accurate and confident and can work on own initiative
- Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience
