Join our Team
We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College.

We are looking for self-motivated
Estates & Facilities Coordinator to provide clerical support to the Estates team as required. Be a point of contact for Estates matter staff, customers and external suppliers and bodies.

As part of this busy role, you will;

  • Provide general clerical support for Estates activities
  • Maintain Estates records and correspondence files
  • Update Helpdesk information and pass on requests as required
  • Identify and organize Estates training for staff across the college as required.
  • Produce statistics on a monthly basis


As a minimum, you should have Excellent Literacy and Numeracy skills and able to draft reports and letters, as well as holding a Level 2 qualification or equivalent.


General administrative and clerical experience, experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Maintenance of accurate records and validation of data, are a must.
