Job Purpose:

The role involves maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients with responsibilities to include growth and retention.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a portfolio of existing corporate clients with a focus on retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Reactivation of dormant clients
  • Informing clients of new products and potential benefits
  • Working with Account Directors to learn Value Selling and creation of Metrics and Solid Client Relationships
  • Working with marketing to plan and execute activation campaigns.
  • Create and maintain accurate CRM record, forecasting and structured reviews with the clients.

The Person we are looking for:

  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and progress to managing high value client relationships
  • Must be a team player with an open mind, intellect, and strong work ethic.
  • An impeccable level of integrity
  • A strategic thinker who is eager to work in a fastpaced environment with a hunger to learn from experienced teammates
  • Previous client experience is helpful but not essential
