Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting now for a
Care and Support Worker to work nights on a Permanent contract.
This is an exciting time to be joining the friendly and supportive team at
St Oswalds. You will play a major part in providing the domiciliary care serviceto our residents and promoting Independent Living to the over 55's.
This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location meaning no travelling between jobs

As a
Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of our residents
- Encourage independence and selfbelief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
