Head of Sales
We're looking for a Head of Sales who is happy to lead by example and keep our growing sales team motivated and on-target.
This is the perfect role for a talented salesperson who wants a chance to handle the sales cycles of our biggest target accounts and develop a sales function within a rapidly growing company.

Role Overview
As Head of Sales, your key goal will be to ensure our expanding sales team hits their sales and revenue targets.
This will include holding regular team meetings to ensure input targets are being met, monitoring performance & activity, and knowing what's going on with our team's various sales cycles.
In addition, you'll be excited at the prospect of personally handling the sales of some of the biggest pharmacy chains in the country.
We're looking for a Head of Sales who can lead from the front and has the ability to practise what they preach.
Key Responsibilities

Lead from the front
- Work strategically to ensure every member of your team hits their targets
Training & Development:
- design and deliver frequent sales coaching to BDM's and SDR's, to improve cold outreach, pitches, virtual and in-person demonstrations and lead closing

Strategy - work with the SMT to build monthly and quarterly sales strategies

Offer Building - consistently review and improve the positioning of our sales offering, pricing and offers

Get stuck in - take a leading hand in pitching and contract negotiations for larger deals

KPI's:
- set data-driven targets and expectations

Tools - manage the sales-side of our CRM, and build on the use of additional tools and softwares to improve the sales team internally and externally

Recruitment - hire into and grow the existing sales team
The Person
- You'll be a bornleader with a clear ability to inspire your team and keep them happy, even when targets seem out of reach
- You'll have excellent communication and adaptability, with the ability to work with all throughout the business to grow revenue opportunities
- You will have demonstrated experience in building and optimising sales processes and material
- You'll be experienced with frontline sales work (ideally via video calling, cold calling, and inperson selling) and comfortable closing large deals
- You'll be datadriven and understand the importance of tracking metrics, and subsequently how to utilise them when developing targets and strategies
- You'll be able to stay cool under pressure and keep your focus on the bigger picture of driving revenue
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar role, leading sales teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating consistent results with a strong understanding of processes, targets, and strategies
- Proficiency in sales training, strategy design / implementation, and people management.
- Good experience producing customer presentations and delivering them at a high level
- Excellent commercial acumen in decisionmaking and delivery
- SaaS sales experience is desirable but not required
- Experience in a fastpaced environment, whilst maintaining clear communication and strategy delivery
- Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable but not a deal breaker

Pay:
£60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
